Beaute Pearl Creations owns and operates this website. This document governs your relationship with “Beaute Tarts”. Access to and use of this Website and the items available through this Website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.
Terms of Sales
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the item on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability. To order with Beaute tarts you must have a registered account through payNow or PayPal. Beaute tarts retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order, ensure that all details you provide us are true and accurate. All prices advertised can be subject to changes.
Pricing and Availability
We try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate. If we discover an error in the price of any items which you’ve ordered, we will inform you via email as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we do not receive any response from you within 2 working days, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the item, we will give you a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed during check out and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Payment
We accept PayNow and PayPal payments. Atm transfers, cash delivery and cash deposits are strictly not accepted. By adding item(s) into your cart does not mean that you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received and updated within the given time frame (2 hours). By checking out the item(s), it implies your intention and interest to make a purchase, hence a slot will be reserved for you.
Refunds
Any requests for refunds will be assessed and finally decided by Beaute Tarts. If there is any incorrect product (s) (including delivery of additional product(s) not ordered by you), please contact us within 24 hours. Beaute Tarts at its sole discretion, will offer a replacement or refund of the incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s). No cancellation of orders shall be permitted under any circumstances.
All refunds are subjected to a 5% merchant fee which will be absorbed by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
The delivery cost of your order will be displayed to you on our checkout page.
Orders are processed and dispatched to our local delivery within the time range given. Our local delivery partners shall deliver the items to the address specified in your order.
The delivery timing will be anytime from 11am to 5pm. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or unforeseen circumstances for which we will not be responsible. In the event that you wish to amend the delivery date, do email us your orders 24 hours before your delivery date at hello@beautetarts.com. There will be an additional charge of $10 for any amendments made the day before the delivery date or the day itself.
Beaute Tarts will not be responsible on the damaged item(s) during the delivery.
Self-Collection
We will do our utmost best to accommodate to your schedule. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances whereby you need to change your schedule timing, do email us together with your order number at hello@beautetarts.com 24 hrs prior the original booked date and time.
Incorrect Item(s)
In the event that you receive the wrong item(s), do email us at hello@beautetarts.com with your order number and the picture of your wrong item(s). We will process an exchange immediately, do give us 2 working days to deliver the correct item(s) to you. Please take note that all item(s) must be unopened else we will not proceed with the exchange.
Change in Order
In the event that you wish to change your order, do email us your order number 48 hours prior the delivery / self collection date at hello@beautetarts.com . We reserve the rights to refuse your request if item(s) not available.
Uncollected Items
We will contact you via email in the event of uncollected item(s). Please take note there will be a nominal charge of $10 storage cost for uncollected item(s) exceeding 3 days, or termination of order if you repeatedly fail to collect your item(s).
Entire Agreement
The above Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and Beaute Tarts. any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of Beaute Tarts.
